Force X Generation 2
High-performance solid carbide drills: CTW flute for chip evacuation, self-centring 4-facet point, sub-micrograin substrate, TiAlN coating, internal coolant.
Customer result, machining steel (ISO-P): +57% tool life (640 versus 408 holes) and a 35% lower cost per part than a competing premium drill.

CVD turning grade for steel, stainless steel and cast iron: heat-resistant textured α-Al2O3 layer, abrasion-resistant TiCN layer, functionally graded substrate, ground rake face.
Customer result: +100% tool life in continuous cutting; in dry turning of C45, +232% compared with grade T9325.
S9xx
204 new solid carbide end mill items, square end and corner radius, in several lengths, metric and inch, for steel, stainless steel, cast iron and optionally non-ferrous materials: side milling, slotting, profiling and ramping.
Customer result: slotting in 304 stainless steel with S964, machining time cut from 35 to 7 minutes per operation.
